The conference will take place in the medieval center of Kraków (Cracow), in Collegium Maius, the oldest building of our Alma Mater, Jagellonian University, founded in 1364. You can read more about this place here.
The invited guests are lodged in: S. Pigon Visiting Professors' House, 7 Garbarska Street.
Upon arrival, please, mention the name of the conference.
Garbarska Street is two bus stops away from the Main Train Station. It is in a walking distance from the the Main Market Square and the Collegium Maius. See the map below.
The guesthouse is located in the courtyard behind the first row of houses.
Look for blue signs with university logo on them, as shown in the Google street view.

The local currency is Polish New Zloty (PLN), usually abbreviated "zl".
The exchange rates are approximately:
1 USD = 3.81 PLN,
1 EUR = 4.28 PLN.
Major credit cards are commonly accepted in most restaurants and gift shops.
ATM cash machines are widely available.
In addition to the regular banks there are many exchange offices called "Kantor", where you can exchange money.
